2. Quali dati raccogliamo
2.1 Dati che ci fornisci tu
Quando compili il modulo di richiesta preventivo ci fornisci: nome e cognome, indirizzo email, numero di telefono, paese di provenienza, date di soggiorno desiderate, numero di ospiti ed eventuale numero di bambini sotto i 10 anni, interesse per il servizio di transfer e le eventuali note libere che scegli di scrivere.
Ti chiediamo di non inserire nelle note dati particolari (stato di salute, convinzioni religiose, orientamento sessuale o simili). Non ci servono e non vogliamo trattarli.
2.2 Dati raccolti automaticamente
Questo sito è composto da pagine statiche e non utilizza strumenti di analisi del traffico né cookie di profilazione. Il fornitore di hosting registra, per finalità tecniche e di sicurezza, i normali log di accesso al server (indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser). Tali log sono trattati dal fornitore in qualità di responsabile del trattamento e conservati per periodi limitati.
2.3 Memoria locale del browser
Il sito salva nella memoria locale del tuo browser (localStorage) due informazioni: la lingua che hai scelto e la tua decisione sui cookie. Non sono cookie, non contengono dati identificativi e non vengono trasmesse a nessuno: restano sul tuo dispositivo e puoi cancellarle svuotando i dati del browser.

Non inviamo newsletter e non facciamo marketing senza un tuo consenso separato, che al momento non ti viene chiesto.
4. Come ci arriva la tua richiesta
Questo sito è statico e non dispone di un server proprio che riceva i dati. Quando premi «Invia la richiesta», il modulo compone un messaggio con i dati che hai inserito e apre WhatsApp (o, se scegli l'alternativa, il tuo programma di posta) con il testo già pronto. Sei tu a decidere se inviarlo.
Ne consegue che, finché non premi invio nella tua applicazione, nessun dato ci raggiunge e nulla viene registrato da questo sito.
Importante — WhatsApp. Se scegli di inviare la richiesta tramite WhatsApp, il messaggio transita per l'infrastruttura di WhatsApp Ireland Limited (gruppo Meta), che tratta i dati come autonomo titolare secondo le proprie condizioni e la propria informativa. Se preferisci non usare WhatsApp puoi inviarci la stessa richiesta per email, oppure telefonarci.
5. A chi comunichiamo i tuoi dati
I tuoi dati non vengono diffusi né venduti. Possono essere comunicati a:
- Fornitore di hosting del sito — responsabile del trattamento, per i soli log tecnici;
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta — se scegli di scriverci tramite WhatsApp;
- Google Ireland Limited — solo se acconsenti al caricamento della mappa;
- Autorità di pubblica sicurezza — per la comunicazione obbligatoria degli alloggiati;
- Roma Capitale — per gli adempimenti sul contributo di soggiorno;
- Consulente fiscale e contabile — responsabile del trattamento;
- Autista incaricato del transfer — solo nome, recapito, data e orario, e solo se richiedi il servizio;
- Autorità giudiziarie e forze dell'ordine — nei casi previsti dalla legge.
6. Trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione Europea
Alcuni fornitori appartengono a gruppi con sede negli Stati Uniti. In particolare Meta (WhatsApp) e Google (mappa) possono trattare dati anche fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo. Tali trasferimenti avvengono sulla base delle garanzie previste dal Capo V del GDPR: decisione di adeguatezza UE-USA Data Privacy Framework ove applicabile, oppure Clausole Contrattuali Standard approvate dalla Commissione europea.
La mappa di Google non viene caricata finché non presti il consenso: puoi consultare l'intera pagina senza che alcun dato raggiunga Google.

Questo sito non utilizza cookie di profilazione, pubblicitari o di analisi. Non c'è alcun tracciamento del tuo comportamento di navigazione.
Strumenti tecnici, sempre attivi
La memoria locale del browser conserva la lingua scelta e la tua decisione sui cookie. Non richiede consenso perché è strettamente necessaria a fornirti il servizio che hai richiesto (art. 122 D.lgs. 196/2003).
Contenuti di terze parti, facoltativi
Google Maps. La mappa nella sezione «Dove siamo» è incorporata da Google. Se acconsenti, il tuo indirizzo IP e informazioni sul tuo browser vengono trasmessi a Google, che può utilizzare cookie propri. La mappa resta disattivata finché non premi il pulsante di caricamento o non accetti dal banner.
Puoi modificare la tua scelta in qualsiasi momento cliccando su «Gestisci i cookie» in fondo a ogni pagina del sito, oppure cancellando i dati del sito dalle impostazioni del browser.
9. I tuoi diritti
In relazione ai dati che ti riguardano puoi esercitare in ogni momento i seguenti diritti, previsti dagli articoli da 15 a 22 del GDPR:
- Accesso — sapere quali dati abbiamo e ottenerne copia;
- Rettifica — correggere dati inesatti o incompleti;

10. Sicurezza
Il sito è servito esclusivamente tramite connessione cifrata (HTTPS). I dati che ci invii sono conservati su dispositivi protetti da password e accessibili solo a chi gestisce direttamente la struttura.
11. Minori
Il sito non è rivolto a minori di 16 anni e non raccogliamo consapevolmente i loro dati. Le prenotazioni devono essere effettuate da persone maggiorenni. L'eventuale indicazione del numero di bambini serve unicamente al calcolo del contributo di soggiorno e non comporta la raccolta dei loro dati identificativi in questa fase.
12. Decisioni automatizzate
Non effettuiamo processi decisionali automatizzati né profilazione ai sensi dell'art. 22 del GDPR. Ogni richiesta è letta e valutata da una persona.

2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you provide
When you complete the quote request form you provide: full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, desired stay dates, number of guests and any children under 10, interest in the transfer service and any free-text notes you choose to write.
Please do not include special category data in the notes (health, religious beliefs, sexual orientation and the like). We do not need it and do not wish to process it.
2.2 Data collected automatically
This website consists of static pages and uses no analytics tools and no profiling cookies. The hosting provider records standard server access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for technical and security purposes. These logs are processed by the provider as a data processor and retained for limited periods.
2.3 Browser local storage
The site stores two items in your browser's local storage: the language you selected and your cookie choice. These are not cookies, contain no identifying data and are never transmitted to anyone: they remain on your device and you can delete them by clearing your browser data.

Providing the fields marked as required is necessary for us to reply: without them we cannot prepare a quote. The free-text notes are optional.
We do not send newsletters and do not carry out marketing without separate consent, which is not currently requested.
4. How your request reaches us
This is a static website with no server of its own to receive data. When you press “Send the request”, the form composes a message from the details you entered and opens WhatsApp (or, if you choose the alternative, your email client) with the text ready. You decide whether to send it.
Consequently, until you press send in your own application, no data reaches us and nothing is recorded by this website.
Important — WhatsApp. If you choose to send your request via WhatsApp, the message passes through the infrastructure of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which processes data as an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can send the same request by email or call us.
5. Who we share your data with
Your data is neither disclosed publicly nor sold. It may be shared with:
- Website hosting provider — data processor, technical logs only;
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp;
- Google Ireland Limited — only if you consent to loading the map;
- Public security authorities — for the mandatory guest reporting;
- Roma Capitale — for tourist tax obligations;
- Our accountant — data processor;
- The transfer driver — name, contact, date and time only, and only if you request the service;
- Judicial authorities and law enforcement — in the cases provided by law.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers belong to groups based in the United States. In particular Meta (WhatsApp) and Google (map) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place under the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision where applicable, or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
The Google map is not loaded until you give consent: you can read the entire page without any data reaching Google.

8. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses no profiling, advertising or analytics cookies. Your browsing behaviour is not tracked in any way.
Technical tools, always active
Browser local storage keeps your chosen language and your cookie decision. No consent is required because it is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested.
Third-party content, optional
Google Maps. The map in the “Location” section is embedded from Google. If you consent, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google, which may set its own cookies. The map stays disabled until you press the load button or accept via the banner.
You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page, or by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
9. Your rights
In relation to your data you may exercise the following rights at any time, under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR:
- Access — find out what data we hold and obtain a copy;
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure — request deletion, subject to legal obligations;
- Restriction — request suspension of processing;
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format;
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
To exercise them, write to appia96apartments@gmail.com. We reply without undue delay and in any case within one month.
If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome — garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
10. Security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The data you send us is kept on password-protected devices, accessible only to those who directly manage the property.
11. Minors
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Bookings must be made by adults. Indicating the number of children serves solely to calculate the tourist tax and does not involve collecting their identifying data at this stage.
12. Automated decision-making
We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Every request is read and assessed by a person.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this document to reflect legal or organisational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
